ABOUT CHRIS DELPIT
Chris was born in California and grew up in a military family which moved across the country from Massachusetts to North Carolina, finally settling in Twentynine Palms, California in 1998.
After graduating from Twentynine Palms High School in 2000, Chris began a career in the hospital and EMS system. This is where he developed his keen eye for detail, learned the art of patience, and developed nuanced communication skills. For these reasons, Chris was nominated by his co-workers to be their representative as Union Steward for the Security, Police, and Fire Professionals of America, where he put his skills into practice and gained valuable experience in the art of negotiation. With these tools in his toolbelt, Chris is well-equipped to mediate on your behalf, whether you are selling your home in search of greener pastures or buying your dream home.
Chris is excited to work with new clients and share his knowledge of the area, from the best places to eat and shop, where to go to get your car serviced, and even take care of your pets’ needs. As a local, Chris can not only help you find your forever home, but also help you feel like a part of the community. As a person seasoned in navigating sensitive situations, he will handle his clients with the utmost care and concern, ensuring that they find in him a trustworthy partner that will help them accomplish their goals and feel supported through every phase of their homestead transition. Chris’s ultimate goal is not just to help clients buy and sell their homes, but to foster a sense of family in the desert.
